Watches don't work when using the left hand navigation.

If you navigate to the repository location you want to add a watch to using the left-hand navigation, it does not change the location in the browser's Address Bar. The watches do not take any effect and it doesn't appear in the user's profile watches.

However, if you click the "Permalink" link prior to adding the watch, then the Address Bar gets updated, and you can add a watch successfully.
