    Description

      When users attempt to test a ClearCase Repository connection, the following exception is generated:

      2009-10-27 19:15:09,117 ERROR [btpool0-9] fisheye.app ViewRepositoryAction-doVerify - Error testing connection.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Not Implemented
