Memory leak in IndexWriter will eventually cause OOME

There is a memory leak in Lucene's IndexWriter that manifests when a the IndexWriter is used to index a large number of Documents over its lifetime.

This can cause FishEye to fail with an OutOfMemoryError after running for some time, particularly during a large initial index or re-index operation.
