Description
Repository structure:
- trunk
- branches
- tags
- newfolder
Steps to reproduce:
- Move /branches to new directory /newfolder/branches
- In Fisheye, set the excludes to branches/FILEs e.g branches/sam*

- However, the excludes work if the path="newfolder" is removed.
I have attached the svndump to reproduce the issue.
