Cross-repo QS repository membership and ordering changes between pages

As the repositories are sorted by last modification, it is likely that the order and membership of the repositories in a QuickSearch will change while a user is moving through pages.

To fix this, the set of repositories (and their ordering) should be included in the second and subsequent request for a results page.
