Unread comments are detected on 'Complete', but then not displayed

1. View a review on which you are an uncompleted reviewer
2. Get another reviewer to add a comment
3. Click 'Complete' – you are shown a dialog indicating that there are unread comments.
4. Click 'view unread comments'
5. No files are shown, as the page doesn't contain the new comment.

We need to either not check the server for new comments, or update the page with the new comments when the user asks to see them.
