p4 calls labels command without supplying path when it needs to get the info on a particular label

The problem was then when it was processing a particular label - i.e. needing more info on the label it would look though all labels and pick out the one that it was interested in.

This has been fixed to just query the given label - it still does not use the path (because you can't with a single label)
