My profile: CSS used to convey special information

      Issue Summary

      An information is highlighted using the CSS which is not rendered by the screen reader. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the "My profile" page.
      2. Navigate to the mentioned instance.
      3. Inspect the code and check that the text is highlighted using the CSS.

      Actual Results

      For text elements highlighted in bold, only the value of the CSS font-weight attribute is increased.

      However, the highlighting of the texts in this way is only representation-related and not semantically recognisable. 

      Expected Results

      The <strong> element should be used for text elements that are highlighted in bold.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
