Description
Issue Summary
An information is highlighted using the CSS which is not rendered by the screen reader.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "My profile" page.
- Navigate to the mentioned instance.
- Inspect the code and check that the text is highlighted using the CSS.

Actual Results
For text elements highlighted in bold, only the value of the CSS font-weight attribute is increased.
However, the highlighting of the texts in this way is only representation-related and not semantically recognisable.
Expected Results
The <strong> element should be used for text elements that are highlighted in bold.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
