First log in to CROWD admin console always fails. Login is successful only on 2nd attempt.

Using IE7, I go to the admin console url and am presented with the Crowd login screen. I correctly enter username and password. and login fails. I enter the credentials again and it succeeds. Later in the day, I try it again, and the same thing happens. The next day, the same thing happens.

After successfully logging in, if I log out and attempt to log in again immediately, it succeeds on first attempt.

This behavior is reproducible and has been happening ever since CROWD was installed in September.
