Failed to reset password

I managed somehow to lock me out of Crowd.

When I try to login to Crowd I'm not informed via the web interface what went wrong. A look into the server.log shows the following stack trace:

Then I tried to reset the password for "crowd" with the "forgot password"-link which failed [^
