Allow nested groups to be disabled in the RemoteCrowdDirectory

It should be possible to disable nested groups on the RemoteCrowdDirectory, so that queries are faster to execute.

This does not mean that the server does not support nested groups, it just means that the client will not perform any nesting resolution and will return empty collections when searching for group members/memberships of a group.
