CrowdID does not exchange SReg attributes with Drupal

    Description

      Drupal is able to authenticate using CrowdID, however the SReg Response is terminated (not even processed) by openid4java.

      Drupal requires nickname and email:

      [openid.sreg.required] => nickname,email

      Since the authentication works, but the attribute exchange fail, Drupal requests the Email and Nickname in the UI.
