Unicode Chars Password Creation/Update in AD does not work

Using the Crowd Web Console:

1. Using Crowd, create the user in AD with password "€€€123456"
2. Try to authenticate using the Authentication Test. Authentication will fail.
3. Update the password using the exact same value in the web console.
4. Try to authenticate using the Authentication Test. Authentication will succeed.

Using an integrated application:

1. Login to the App and change the user password.
2. Log out and then try to login again. Authentication will fail.
3. Go to the Crowd console and test using the Authentication Test. Authentication will fail.
