PluginPropertyManageGeneric creates property keys incorrectly

setProperty and getProperty have different logic for creating the key for a property.

Given keys "someKey" and "plugin.anotherKey" set will use the keys "someKey" "plugin.plugin.anotherKey" while get will use "plugin.someKey" for both keys. I think get's implementation is correct.
