      Add an option for the LDAP connectors that lets administrators choose if they want to support the paged results control.

      Currently, if the control is not supported, the following exception is thrown when executing a search:

      Operation failed; nested exception is javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 12 - Unavailable Critical Extension]; remaining name...
