The license count is based on the group membership, not in the real number of users that can be fetched from a Directory.

      How to reproduce:

1-) Have Crowd integrated to an LDAP server
2-) Create an Application and add to it some can login groups
3-) Go to the Licensing page and Recalculate the number of users.
4-) Go to the LDAP connector Configuration tab and add a filter to exclude one of the users that are members of the can login groups (ex: (!(cn=username)) ).
5-) List the users using Crowd console. User username will not be listed.
6-) List the groups using Crowd console. Click view for the can login groups and check the members. User username will be listed!
7-) Go to the Licensing page and Recalculate the number of users. The number of users will be the same as the one calculated in item 3, since the users are counted checking the group memberships.

Fixed as part of the Crowd 2.0 move. We are now filtering all memberDN's that are being returned.
