When you are running evaluation AND your evaluation license expires a RemoteException is thrown from the SOAPService stopping Crowd from starting

When this remote exception is thrown the Crowd SOAP Service fails to be created and the Crowd Administration app fails to launch, this makes it impossible to enter a valid license.
