XML Imports from 1.0.x versions of Crowd do not contain the ldap.pagedresults.size attribute. This causes an exception in certain cases.

To replicate:

1. Take Crowd 1.0.x backup that associates an AD directory with the Crowd application.
2. Restore to 1.4.4 instance.

This will cause a NumberFormatException due to an empty string being returned and Crowd attempting to convert this to an int value.
