Seraph Logout code fails to logout the user in Confluence, Bamboo and JIRA.

When testing the Bamboo integration, the following error occurred:

1. We were logged into Bamboo as user X
2. We then logged out of Bamboo
3. On logout we were presented with the login page and entered the details for User Y
4. On successful login, we were logged in as user X

This most likely means that the Seraph Authenticator is failing to correctly log out the user, and terminating/invalidating their session.
