Description
At present, if using an LDAP directory, Crowd writes the username value to JIRA/Confluence in the method retrieved from the LDAP directory (e.g. mixed case). Since JIRA/Confluence enforce lowercase usernames for internal user management, it would be helpful to allow Crowd admins enable lowercase conversion for JIRA/Confluence.
