Patch reviews from mercurial diffs don't anchor to their repository unless using --nodates argument for hg diff

When creating a patch from hg diff, Crucible doesn't anchor the diff to the repository correctly. However, when creating the patch using the '--nodates' option, crucible successfully anchors the patch. This should be fixed so that the --nodates option is not needed for anchoring.
