Crucible ToDo gadget links don't work due to extra slashes in the url

    Description

      If I click on a crucible review in JIRA on the Crucible ToDo gadget I get a message that says The requested resource cannot be found

      the extra slash appears between the server and the review

      so I'll get something that's like
      http://FECRU_SERVER//cru/MY_KEY-NUMBER
      if I remove the extra space after the server name the link works fine
      http://FECRU_SERVER/cru/MY_KEY-NUMBER
