Time field displayed incorrectly when editing review

Hello,

If you try to edit a review and click the time field, the drop down menu for the time field appears in the wrong place, on the bottom of the page.

See the attached screenshot.

The issue occurs in both Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 3.6.13.
