Very large text files produce OOME when diffing

While we can exclude files from indexing based on their size, we can't exclude them from being diffed. This can cause OOMEs.

We should check for the size of the files and produce the diffs per file rather than per changeset if necessary. See https://support.atlassian.com/browse/FSH-5160
