    Description

      Please have a look at Crucible and determine why patch anchoring does not work when the patch if provided through the UI, but works when it is done through the Atlassian Connector for Eclipse 2.3.

      We also need to undertstand why it does not work when the patch is sent from the Atlassian Connector for IntelliJ IDEA.
