"that is unreviewed" filter is broken

When I apply a filter of "that is unreviewed" it correctly shows me the unreviewed files on the left file directory view. When I click on a file to review, it loads it then when I scroll down to read it, it immediately marks it reviewed and goes to the summary of the review. This is really annoying and I can't review the files that I want to.
