GWT Text fields are not trimmed

If a repo Location contains a trailing space , then this gets preserved into the config.xml and even passed to svn.

Are there any situations where we want a text field not to have its contents trimmed? If so, we will need to look further at this fix.

Another approach, though more involved, would be to trim() all values as they go into the config.xml ....
