Cannot remove evaluation license once evaluation ends

When an evaluation license expires, FishEye/Crucible sends you to the setup screen and prompts you to enter new keys.

However if you decide you do not wish to use Crucible and want to keep only FishEye, it keeps prompting for a new key if you leave the Crucible key blank. This means you need to edit the config.xml directly to remove the Crucible license to get your Fisheye only instance up and running.

Not providing a Crucible key should disable Crucible as it would when you edit the license keys via Administration -> Sys-Info/Support -> Edit Licenses.
