Revisions added notice won't go away in a review

Steps
1. From the checkstyle repository, create a review containing /trunk/checkstyle/src/xdocs/releasenotes.xml, revisions 2498 and 2500.
2. Start the review.
3. View the file to mark it read.
4. Reload the review.
5. Edit the content of the review and add revision 2501 of releasenotes.xml.
6. Reload the review and view the file to mark it as read.
7. Reload the review.

Expected

• After step 7, the New revisions have been added to files since you last read them notice should go away.

Actual

• The notice remains.

I'm also not sure that this notice should be displayed at all, seeing that you are the one who has added the revisions.
