Unavailable diff options aren't disabled in side-by-side diff

The new side-by-side diff only supports full context and doesn't not support soft-wrapping.

These sections in the diff options menu should all be disabled with the tick always next to 'Full Context' and 'No Wrapping' (see attached image).
