EyeQl incorrectly views revisions as unreviewed when only one revision of a file is included in a review.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use a query like:

select revisions from dir /path/to/dir/ where is head and path like fileX and not in review Review

1. make sure the latest revision of fileX is not in reviewX
2. make sure some other revision of fileX is in reviewX
3. the query should return the latest revision of fileX
4. now add the latest revision of fileX to the review.
5. refresh the query and fileX should not be returned
6. remove all other revisions of fileX from the review, excluding head
7. now the query will return the latest revision of fileX again, which is incorrect.
