Crucible doesn't emit any events when content is added or removed from a review.

Whilst crucible emits ReviewUpdatedEvents for things as trivial as a review name change, no event is emitted when the content of a review changes.

Proposed solution A: add a new event class, ReviewContentUpdatedEvent, and emit those when review contents are changed.
Why not just emit more ReviewUpdatedEvents ? Because it is nice to be able to distinguish between content changes and details changes.
Proposed solution B: just emit more ReviewUpdatedEvents.
