Repository Indexer doesn't indicate the status of crucible index data.

I'm using FishEyes EyeQL to query FE/CRU about review coverage. In order to do this I need to be able to tell when the EyeQL data is finished indexing. Currently, it is possible to tell whether the FE data is finished, but not the Crucible data.

As a result, I'm getting perfect data for FE, but often completely wrong (or no) data for crucible.
