Stop marking a file as read when I click on it

Just because I click on a file in a review doesn't mean I've finished reviewing it. The "feature" that turned that on by default really needs to change. At a minimum, wait until I've scrolled through the whole file. Really it should be a per-user preference for whether or not that is active. It's very annoying and ends up hurting the whole team & making reviews less productive, because people will click around and then not realize that they still have things left to review, because the files are marked as read.
