Review History table sort by date is broken in IE

    Description

      Steps
      1. View the Review History for any review.
      2. Click the Date table header to sort by Date ascending.
      3. Click it again to sort it descending.

      Expected

      • It sorts the table by date depending on the sort order you requested.

      Actual

      • It's only able to sort by date ascending, even though the arrow points down.
