404 in tree from specific revision annotation

If you go to a specific annotation (i.e. r=123 rather than a general one like r=HEAD) then click on a file in the dir tree you can get a 404 if no revision exists for that specific file and the revision is earler than the latest rev. If you use a later revision it serves you the latest.
