activity stream paging is broken for reviews

    Description

      if you are only looking at review activity, you cant go to earlier or later activity (paging is disabled)

      if you manually hack the url, or

      • show all activity
      • go back a few pages
      • click on Reviews

      it shows the old review activity (now you cant go back forward)

      Only seems to impact the user-stream page, eg

      {nl}https://host/context/user/gcrain{nl}
