Very poor performance viewing diffs in IE7

    Description

      IE7 performs very poorly when view diffs for a review even on a file with ~1500 lines to the point where its near unusable. In particular scrolling is very slow, and loading the files.

      Firefox 3.5 seems to handle the diffs without issue.
