Invalid links in Crucible when reviewing an uploaded patch

When uploading a pre-commit patch (in diff -u format) to Crucible, the review pages for files try to generate links out of the before & after elements. But, these resolve to invalid pages, such as https://www.limewire.org/fisheye/changelog/PATCH:719/?cs=12:T or https://www.limewire.org/fisheye/changelog/PATCH:719/?cs=12:F . These generate ugly looking 404 pages.
