Refer to CRC-1083.
Some IE7 users recently noticed a bug that only occurs in IE. To replicate, start a code review. Click a line to comment on and type a comment. Then, click the Post button, but immediately after, click another line. After the page refreshes, the comment will be showing up on the last line that was clicked, instead of showing on the line that was highlighted when the Post button was clicked.

However, the problem goes away after the browser is refreshed. This problem is not reproducible in Firefox browser.
