Description
Refer to CRC-1072:
It seems link in some review the next/previous comment buttons and links are not behaving in a consistent fashion. For example, in 2 small reviews, one where there is a comment in the Review comments section (the top most level in the review), and one where there is no comment in there. In the review with no comments in the Review comments section, it seems link the next previous comment links do not light up, and the buttons do not work. The buttons how ever start behaving properly when you click on a few files with comments in them, in the case of the review with no comment in the Review comments section. I suspect that this is related to the loading speed of the review, as in a large review with a comment in the review section, it pages forward "slowly" (you click a few times and move up to the comments in the next file).
