File marked as unreviewed for defect author

Steps to reproduce:
1. Mark all files as reviewed.
2. Create a defect on a file.
3. Complete the review.

Expected (assuming no one else has updated the review in the meantime)

• Should complete without warnings since you created the defect and so see the latest change to the review.

Actual

• You are warned about an unreviewd file, since raising a defect will mark that file as unreviewd for all users (that have that preference setting).
• Also, no UI feedback is given that the file has been marked as unreviewed, so when you apply the filter to view the unreviewed files, you don't see any. Nor is there any review updated notice.
