Crucible does not handle incomplete record data (via REST API) properly

    Description

      When we add a comment to a review via REST API without creation date, the Crucible instance accept it without handle it properly. Then it shows us the replied comment as indicated in attachment cru-01.jpg. As we try to click on "Email Review" button, it brings us to page with error 500 (in cru-02.jpg).
