Rework the Space Export functionality - broken by 2.6 changes.

    Description

      The space export work done for 2.6 turns out to have had some design flaws. Fixing these issues is too large to do in the scope of a bug fix release and therefore the bug fix team are targeting it at the next Confluence release.
      In the mean time, a small work around will be made in the stable branch to solve the problem in the easiest possible way (see CONF-9659 for example).

      This defect is the new placeholder for the space export rework, and the existing defects will be resolved by a bug fix release.
