PDF export page with image results with NPE

    Description

      Exporting a page with image embedded results in NPE. This is 100% reproducible in our environment and happens every time when exporting page containing image. (without image it's fine).

      This is related to :
      http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-9659
      http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-8992
      but first one has different title and the second on is closed.

      The first assumption is that there is something broken with paths/mappings.
