RPC plugins cannot be loaded dynamically

Trying to deploy plugins with RPC modules dynamically doesn't work, they must be deployed by putting them in WEB-INF/lib. The problem seems to be that the Glue service is in a classloader that is higher in the hierarchy than the plugins classes and so can't find them.
