Creating a Calendar event on the same day as the day light saving date for the Country gives an error if the user has the time zone set to the same city.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new user and login with it.
2. Set the Time zone for the user in (GMT+0200) Cairo
3. Create a Team Calendar with any time zone.
4. Add any default event to the Calendar for the user created with the date set to the 26th of April 2024.
5. Save

Expected Results

• Event to be added normally to the Calendar.

Actual Results

• Event will not be added and the Create event Panel will get stuck
  The below error can be seen on the UI:

  Unable to load events of Offset (0d3ea20a-55ff-48a1-b076-a75a8c26b1e8): Illegal instant due to time zone offset transition (daylight savings time 'gap'): 2024-04-26T00:00:00.000 (Africa/Cairo)
  

Workaround

This error occurs when the following conditions are met:

• The time zone set in the user profile is set to a City. In this example Cairo.
• The event is added on the same day on which the City/Country is going to start its Daylight Saving time. In this case, Cairo/Egypt will start the Daylight Saving Time on the 26th of April.

If the event date is modified or if the user time zone settings is modified to another City, even if it is has the same time zone, the issue will not be observed.
