All People Search Should Return Results for Matches in All People Fields

Using the "All People" search feature, using terms that exist within people's "About Me" field yields no results as it appears the only fields an All People search will find is the name field.

I can think of no better way to foster collaboration by finding someone who has shared interests, but a user would need to craft a specific field query to search against the contentBody field. See attached screenshots for examples.

Request the All People search tool search on all fields (or at least the contentBody) within a person's profile by default to enable discovery and collaboration.
