Bring back Alt+s keyboard shortcut for saving description and comments

On the old instance of Jira, the Alt+S keyboard shortcut was infinitely useful when saving descriptions and comments on a card. In the new cloud instance, this shortcut has been removed, which means the end user needs to click to save any comments. Please bring this shortcut back to promote further ease of use.
