Add "SECURE_SMTP" option for mail server in Confluence

    Description

      Currently, only Crowd and Jira give the option to select SECURE_SMTP or SMTP protocols when adding a mail server, Confluence does not have such an option making it impossible to use SMTPS protocol.

      Expected Results

      Confluence should have the option to choose SMTPS protocol when adding a mail server

      Actual Results

      No option is offered when adding a mail server

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
